Sound – Six Word Story #29

These six-word stories that can be read alone or together, imply the creation and destruction phases of a tree. The female persona denotes the tree and the male persona, dependent wildlife.

Her growth, silent!
Her fall, heavy!

His sound changed,
as her’s cracked!

These can also be perceived as the thoughts of a father who is worried about his daughter’s unprecedented failures.
