Inner Beauty

You are often dirty, and not neatly dressed. I wonder if you have ever taken a shower.

With full hopes, I approach. You greatly disappoint me. However, on a casual meet without any plans, you don’t fail to surprise.

You act so cold to the outsiders, but also beckon them by and large. I’m unable to make up my mind about your personality. Should I always keep my expectations low around you?

Curtains Closed

My life has changed colours
on your entry as well as the exit.

When I was asleep,
you were near, anytime besides.

Paint Womanhood – Senryu

Woman to Artist:

paint me either way
gray shades or vibrant colours
I dare not question

Artist to Woman:

your lit face or diamond heart
I dare not question

Baseless arguments!
Sometimes,
Her words are not enough.  Continue reading

She had her dinner, and then sent an email full of unsaid words that weighed heavy in her heart for a long time. She didn’t dare to check the mailbox again for a reply. The night passed restlessly. But still, she was determined not to turn on her internet till Continue reading

When he rests his chin on the fiddle and starts moving the bow over the strings of his violin, the music emerging from the instrument as a result of friction is one of those things that we can’t see but still feel the heavenly touch.
