“Migraine”.
“Flower therapy?”
“They’re the cause”.
This story is about the fragrance of flowers that can make one want to leave the room, and easily put them in a bad mood. Aroma can cause discomfort too, esp. strong fragrances. Just like how a few people are chemical intolerant and a few others are allergic to pollens, there is a set of people for whom the fragrance of flowers can trigger severe headaches to migraines.
Yeah, flowers are pretty but painful. Their softness can hurt too!
I can relate

I understand. It’s quite uncommon that many conceive it as a made-up excuse to leave the room.

Robert has issues with many fragrances and fumes, but not with most flowers, thank goodness! Thank you, Anisha, for making us aware that many people are overly sensitive to certain substances. We need to try to understand and help them not get migraines, rashes., asthma…whatever negative reaction. This is truly no joke!

I understand, and am totally with you, Mam. It’s certainly not a joke and people need to respect the sensitivities of others which they themselves may not experience. Have a good day! (:
