Rain – Six Word Stories #15

Petrichor scent: aromatic alarm for rain.

Forget your umbrella to invite rain!

Pluviophile yearns for lullaby of rain.

Raindrops splatter producing a pleasant rhythm!


Drought land’s only prayer remains rain.

Feeding non-perennial rivers, rain feeds crops.

Rainforests… their death is ours too.

Harvest rain to reap more gains.

Acid rain is such a pain.

Cloud seeding aims at increased rainfall.


In childhood, puddles were never obstacles.

Ripples were once an amazing wonder!

Restrictions opened windows to feel rain.

Allowed to get wet with raincoats!


Rain holds a variety of races.

Never-ending race between rain and mom!

He observed raindrops’ race against windows.

Dancing paper-boat that drowns last wins!


Rain lesson: Let your heaviness fall.

Dark clouds shed tears, soothing pain.

Silver threads connecting sky and earth!

Nature’s brainchild of rain and shine!

Raindrops provide fresh heartbeat to leaves.


She loves rain; hates wet roads!

Rain spoils picnic, yet so loved.

Rain, Coffee, Book, Music… Perfect Combo!

Drenched in rain; Drenched in love!

Croaks start when the thuds stop.  🐸
