Don’t Meditate

You don’t have to meditate to calm your mind.

All you need to do is to stop thinking about the future. The best way to stop thinking about the future is to get busy today. Get very busy today. So busy, that it should kill your appetite for food and appetite for procrastination.

Cheers!

This piece of work doesn’t belong to me! I had read it somewhere, and put it on mobile notes.

I don’t agree with killing the appetite for food! 😛

That’s so true about Anxiety and Stress, Anisha!
Since I lost my job, I’ve been blogging to keep myself occupied. It helped me overcome the anxiety I was getting in quarantine. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
